Description
The PRISM® PA4050-P3 is a high-performance hollow-fiber membrane separator designed for on-site nitrogen generation from compressed air. Utilizing Air Products' advanced P3 selective membrane technology, the module efficiently separates nitrogen from oxygen, water vapor, carbon dioxide, and other trace gases, delivering a continuous supply of clean, dry nitrogen without moving parts or chemical consumables.
The P3 membrane fiber offers exceptionally high nitrogen recovery, requiring significantly less compressed air compared with conventional membrane technologies. This makes the PA4050-P3 an ideal solution for applications where compressor capacity, energy consumption, or installation space is limited.
Designed for reliable long-term operation, the PA4050-P3 features a robust membrane construction and can produce nitrogen purities ranging from 95% to 99.5%, depending on operating conditions. The module contains no moving components, resulting in minimal maintenance requirements and excellent operational reliability.
