For biobanks in remote or island locations, the lack of local, low-cost air separation units makes liquid nitrogen a scarce commodity, forcing them to import it from elsewhere.

As liquid nitrogen is some kind of consumbles, bio-bank runners have to invest large liquid nitrogen towers and continuously buy liquid nitrogen with high price to replenish the sample tank.

Even though they have liquid nitrogen, liquid nitrogen level monitor and regular liquid nitrogen refill to sample tanks also cost much energy and time for staff workers.

Constant manual refilling not only poses risk of liquid nitrogen bite to human body of staff memberes, but also put bio-samples in risks of contamination and result in higher LN2 loss.

LNS25A produces 25 liters liquid nitrogen every day with 100-liter inbuilt dewar. To make the best use of the liquid nitrogen generator, it can refill 2x Thermo CryoExtra 20 Systems with this same LNS25A - 3.5 days for tank A, another 3.5 days for tank B.
The auto refilling process (tank A & B connect LNS25A with 2x 1.5~2.0 meter vacuum insulated hoses):
1. Tank A gives singals 24 hours before hand to LNS25A to make sure it has enough liquid nitrogen with perfact pressure;
2. When it's time both sides turn on solenoid valves and liquid nitrogen flows towards the tank; the tank senses the temperature and only when it is -196℃ liquid nitrogen it opens another inlet valve to make sure no hot nitrogen gas flows into the tank;
3. When liquid nitrogen level reaches to the high point, tank A gives signals to LNS25A and both sides turn off the solenoid vavles; we will install a safety valve at end of the vacuum insulated hose to make sure the gasous liquid nitrogen inside won't demage the hose;
4. LNS25A continues its working to produce liquid nitrogen for refilling tank B.

Thanks to the liquid nitrogen production rate of LNS25A and its big in-built dewar, we can have extra liquid nitrogen (120~180 liters every month in perfact condition) which we can store in external self-pressuring tanks for emergency.
