Scala's LNS100W Liquid Nitrogen Generator is designed for efficient and continuous production of high-purity liquid nitrogen, with daily output configurable according to user requirements. The system operates in a 24-hour continuous mode with 380V 50/60Hz electricity supply, with maximum production rate of 100 liters per day.
LNS100W integrates an air compressor, PSA nitrogen generator, nitrogen buffer tank and GM cryo-cooler mounted on top of a 240-liter dewar. This system requires an external air compressor as its compressed air source. Coming with a set of high efficiency water chiller, it provides independent liquid nitrogen supply for various industries.

Gifford-McMahon (GM) Cryocooler
High Efficiency Refrigeration: High thermodynamic efficiency makes it quickly reaches to the 77K low temperature for nitrogen gas liquefication.
Compact and Portable: The cold head is designed compact, occupying small space, which allows Scala liquid nitrogen generator overall in small footprint.

Touch Screen Liquid Nitrogen Dispensing: LNS20A enables operator to dispense liquid nitrogen directly and safely by touching the screen.
Physical On/Off/Emergency Button: While software-based controls offer flexibility and sleek design, the physical On/Off button remains superior in safety, reliability, accessibility, and providing clear, immediate control.
