Two Units LNS50W LN2 Gnerator Pass Factory Acceptance Testing by International Customer

Scala is pleased to announce that two LNS50W liquid nitrogen generators have successfully passed factory acceptance testing by a customer from Kazakhstan.

The acceptance test was carried out at Scala's manufacturing facility in Hangzhou. After completing all inspections and performance tests, the two units were officially approved and are now ready for shipment to customers in Kazakhstan and Turkey.

During the acceptance process, the customer's technical team carefully evaluated the equipment according to the agreed specifications. The testing covered liquid nitrogen production capacity, purity, dispensing performance, electrical safety, software language settings, and automatic operation functions.

After more than 350 hours of continuous operation, both units demonstrated reliable and stable performance.

Key results included:

       · Daily liquid nitrogen production met or exceeded the rated capacity.

       · Liquid nitrogen purity remained above 99.95%.

       · The PSA nitrogen generation system and GM cryocooler operated smoothly and reliably.

       · Fully automatic operation was successfully verified, allowing unattended production and monitoring.

The customer expressed satisfaction with the overall performance of the equipment, particularly its compact design and integrated 100-liter liquid nitrogen storage tank. These features make the system well suited for laboratories and facilities that want a dependable on-site liquid nitrogen supply.

The LNS50W is one of Scala's most popular liquid nitrogen generators. Using proven GM cryocooler technology, it can produce up to 50 liters of liquid nitrogen per day directly from ambient air.

The system integrates an oil-free air compressor, PSA nitrogen generator, GM cryogenic refrigeration system, and a 100-liter liquid nitrogen storage vessel into a single compact unit. Users simply connect electrical power to begin producing high-purity liquid nitrogen on site.

Compared with traditional liquid nitrogen delivery, on-site generation reduces transportation costs, supply interruptions, and handling requirements while giving users greater control over their nitrogen supply.

The successful acceptance test reflects the efforts of Scala's engineering, manufacturing, and service teams. Prior to customer inspection, the two units had already completed extensive internal reliability testing to ensure stable long-term operation.

The equipment will now be packed in export-grade wooden crates and shipped according to the customer's delivery schedule. Following installation, Scala will provide remote commissioning support, operator training, and after-sales service to ensure smooth operation at the customer sites.
