Description
The SVBS-300 is the most advanced 3rd generation liquid nitrogen (LN2) dosing system utilizing advanced cryogenic technology and PLC programming.
The SVBS-300 uses three sensors to detect the conveyor line's speed, timing, and bottle presence, making it suitable for both low-speed and high-speed production lines. It significantly improves the synchronization accuracy between the system and the conveyor line, enabling precise injection of liquid nitrogen (LN2) into each container. The injected liquid nitrogen instantly vaporizes, generating internal pressure that enhances the container's stacking load capacity while displacing oxygen inside, thereby inerting the product's headspace.
How It Works
Liquid nitrogen is supplied to the SVBS-300 by a standard 10ft (3mt) vacuum insulated liquid nitrogen hose (various lengths available) and flows into the dosing head. A 24vdc PNP sensor detects the speed of the line (encoder compatible for higher speeds); a second 24vdc PNP sensor detects the presence of a container. When a container is detected, the dosing head opens and dispenses an exact amount of pure liquid nitrogen. The whole system is contolled by PLC, sensors and HMI.
