Prior to delivery, the equipment underwent a rigorous, uninterrupted 110-hour continuous test. Under simulated real working conditions, the generator operated stably, with all key indicators—including liquid nitrogen output, nitrogen purity, automatic start/standby, liquid level calibration, and automatic drainage—fully meeting the delivery standards and ISTC's technical requirements, establishing a solid foundation for subsequent practical applications.

The delivered liquid nitrogen generator features a maximum output of 0.7 liters per hour and a daily production exceeding 10 liters, fully satisfying ISTC’s diverse needs. This outstanding performance is driven by improvements in the built-in liquid nitrogen tank's pressure and sensor configuration, an efficient refrigeration system, and an optimized airflow path design, which collectively ensure stable production while significantly reducing evaporation losses.

Innovative Packaging Ensures Safe Transit
To guarantee the equipment arrived safely at the ISTC office in Kyrgyzstan (transported by land), Scala employed an innovative packaging solution. The detachable standardized crate, designed in collaboration with a professional packaging company, is robust, easy to assemble/disassemble, and features a uniform design for easy stacking. An anti-tilt indicator was affixed to the exterior to monitor the equipment’s orientation throughout transportation, effectively preventing internal component displacement and enhancing cargo safety.
